Referrals from our patients have been one of the keys to the growth and success of our practice. As a token of our appreciation for your referrals, we are pleased to offer our patient referral program:
- For each new patient you refer to our office, you will receive your choice of either a $50 gift card to a local merchant or a $50 credit good towards dental services at our office.
- New patients are asked upon arrival whom we can thank for referring them. When your name is given, we’ll contact you to select from our current choice of gift cards and your $50 gift card will be mailed directly to you.
